📍 Multiple roles are available across various locations NOR and SOR in Perth

Responsibilities for the Centre Director position:

• Oversee daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and company policies
• Maintain high standards for the centre's appearance and work practices.
• Manage staff and create efficient rosters.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to all team members.
• Ensure educators deliver excellent early learning programs that meet high standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, families, children, and the local community.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Previous experience as a Centre Director in early childhood education.
• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Current Working with Children Check
• Valid Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates.
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• The ability to effectively lead and mentor a team of early childhood professionals.
• High-level verbal and written communication skills.
• A commitment to coordinating and participating in ongoing professional development for educators.
